These Terms of Service are currently being reviewed by our legal team. A finalised version will be published before Skejel's public launch. If you have questions, please contact legal@codable.gmbh.

1. Provider

Skejel is a product of codable GmbH (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated under German law. By using Skejel you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

2. Scope of Service

Skejel provides a cloud-based scheduling and calendar management platform for individuals and teams. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Skejel. By registering an account you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must not share your account with others or use Skejel for any unlawful purpose.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payment

Skejel offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are exclusive of applicable VAT where you are located. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Skejel — including software, design, and content — belong to codable GmbH or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your internal business or personal purposes.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Skejel to transmit spam, malware, or illegal content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its underlying infrastructure.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
  • Resell or sublicense access to Skejel without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, codable GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Skejel. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from these Terms is the registered seat of codable GmbH, to the extent permitted by law. For consumers in Austria and Switzerland, mandatory local consumer protection provisions remain unaffected.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Skejel after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
